This small local business is owned & operated by Zane Troost, a maintenance technician at a popular retirement community in Mandeville, who recognized a need for home project help after moving into his family's first new house.  Between the complete remodel/renovation of their previous home, built in 1959, and the customization of their new house he learned that some of his neighbors had great home design dreams but lacked the expertise to apply those ideas.
